Playing as Arnor, Ring-hero Gandalf (corrupted)'s level 5 ability says he uses the black speech, but it's just one of his standard ability audios. Presumably it should use the audio from Council of Elrond?

Aragorn passive ability King of Men doesn't give to heroic statues an extra bonus of 25 % armor as it is described in the ability. I saved my game in a skirmish juste when Aragorn reached level 10 but still as Heir of Gondor  and just before an ennemy Hero began to attack some Gondor soldiers who were near an heroic statue.
From this save, I tried first to put Aragorn as a King, and then not to put him as a King but let him stay as Heir of Gondor. In both case, the damage taken by my units per hit by the ennemy hero near the heroic statue was identical.

I had tested this also against ennemy battle tower near an outpost with heroic statue, and every time the extra bonus of 25 % armor doesn't seem to work.

Will the Beregond exploit be patched on the next version ? When you use his second skill (Hold Ground) on Signal Fire, It generates reinforcement points instantly

Cannot be fixed due to engine limitations.

On the Archeryrange (Arnor) , when you upgrade the Archeryrange to tier 2 a ranger bannermen appears on the building but it’s a ithilien bannermen instead of a  dunedain bannermen

New Version 4.7 (1?)

Game crashes when Gondor gets killed.
5-10 seconds after destruction of all left buildings and units.

If Gondor is the last enemy faction, game ends normal, no crash to desktop.

Could you add more details to this report? What other factions were in play? Do you have a replay? Were you able to reproduce the issue multiple times? I tried reproducing this bug but couldn't with just the info you gave. It sounds like you just had a standard oom error that doesn't really relate to Gondor.

I reproduced the crash may be ten times, different maps, different random enemies.
Alway up to ten seconds after I destroyed the Gondorfaction the game crashes.

No oom error. No error message.
When an oom error occures i get an errormessage. That is not the case.

I use win11, that caused some smaller issues, but these are fixed.
No other crashes since then, except the discribed ones.

I made a replay. Can I send per mail?

Graphik Settings: all on high, water: medium, shadows: off.

i just played against hard AIs only, to get the replay.

Edit: Tested with min/off graphics, same chrash.

Ok.
Have testet a little bit more.
Crash occurs only on camp starts, not on castle maps,
on every difficulty level, and even in the very beginning of the game (rush).

More testing.

The crash occours after the despawn of the camp, when the buildplot respawns.

It doesnt happen, when the camp citadelle is rebuild as neutral building (bug)!

It crashes also, when one of my own camps gets destroyed.

-> redownloaded the mod and reinstalled the game. Crash still occurs.

Thanks for the additional testing. We've managed to fix the issue. One of the props in the base was using code incompatible with items spawned in a base.

kurze Frage noch,
ist der fix schon online? Hatte das Game nochmal neu installiert und weiß nicht,
ob das schon ein neues Update war oder das alte.

Nur um zu wissen, ob dies mein Fehler war, denn die crashes sind noch da.

Eilt nicht, brauche nur die Info, weil ich sonst den Code durchtesten muss.
Bin ja anscheinend bisher der einzige mit dem Fehler.

Bin Fachinformatiker, daher ist das testen meine zweite Natur ;-)

The update is not live yet, it will be pushed alongside other fixes as part of 4.7.1. Once that is live updating will get you the fix.

Lossarnach Axemen don't seem to have a death animation, they just stand there and sink into the ground when killed.

Also, Gondor's Citadel Guard still has the description from when they were a heroic unit (limited to three etc.) if you hover over their Palantír image.

Hello, I have a bug with Gondorian melee infantry. As soon as I load a save from a skirmish, the Gondorian spearmen and swordsmen lose their visual armor upgrade and look like they don't have the upgrade.

Here goes, Malbeth will sometimes be stuck in level 7 and require the player to use his Palantir ability 2 - 3 times before finally unlocking his level 10 passive, this is not always happening but may happen in Epic Battle setting (mostly happened in 2 v 2 maps on my end)

I'm referring to Edain 4.8.

Faramir with bow in offensive position (attack in range of vision) constantly runs away. I expected him to stay ground such as, e.g., Perigrin Tuk in offensive position and equipped with stone throwing.

In earlier versions of Edain, the vanilla game and other mods units with bow (or any other ranged weapon) were standing ground in the offensive position and attacked only enemies in range of vision.

Note, I placed Faramir and Perigrin Tuk on the castle walls, both in offensive position. Perigrin stays the whole time and throws rocks, but Faramir disappears every now and then and I catch him outside the castle or on his way out.
Because he runs outside the castle when a side door is available or the gate is open, I guess he is trying to get closer or running after an enemy (maybe because Faramir got hit by that enemy and the enemy tries to flee?).

The gate could not be closed after being repaired.
On selecting the gate, both buttons (closing and the other one) were grayed out although the gate was fully repaired.
Then I tried to (self)destroy the gate and rebuild it just like you could do with any other structure.
Afterwards, the gate could not be rebuild. It could also not be selected (see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/F3uuN6n). Note, the mouse is actually on the gate's handwheel kind of thing.

When Aragorn is crowned king, there are two bugs :

-firstly, heroic statues don't give 25 % more armor as stated in the description of his abilities.

To test this bug :
-Let's have Gondor soldiers with a statue nearby, put them in defensive stance. Let's fall upon them the fireball of the Hidden One: they have red health after the shock.

-Recruit Aragorn, bring him to level 10 thanks to the Hidden One, crown him. Put the fireball once more with the heroic statue  nearby and let's observe there is not the slightest difference between before and after having crowned Aragorn in terms of damage done : red health and the exactly the same level of it.

get Aragorn near the Gondor soldiers : the same

That was the first bug, the second concerne Foutain Court Guards.

When they are near Aragorn and also near an Heroic statue, the learship is constantly changing between aragorn +15 % damage and heroic statue buff without adding them up which would make more sense.

To test it : just after having crowned Aragorn, put the Foutain Guards near an heroic statue and visually it is quite clear that both leadership don't stack as they have different visual effects and we see those effects changing constantly.

Note, the repairing process completed while Grond and other enemy units were standing "in it".
After they had been defeated, the gate could still not be closed.

For Arnor, using Araphant's "Defensive Strategy" final ability on a Lone Tower summoned by the spellbook creates Oalantír Guards that can be controlled by the Player and have the "Unexpected Salvo" ability.

I already noticed problems in the Emyn Muil map. In another map "Ringlo Plains", Gondor AI just sent me heroes and a few troops before stopping to do anything, I entered their castle which was free to take without any opposition.

In fixed buildplots, Gondor AI has really turned buggish, that's confirmed.

Can't really reproduce this; the AI heavily focused on contesting the middle of the map on Emyn Muil and built up a large army before attacking on Ringlo's Plains. On which difficulty were you playing?
