So shouldn't Isengard's fortress have a moat/pit/ditch around the tower as shown in this old Edain preview pic?

I have bought all the upgrades and no moat appeared.

The ditch was removed because of unfixable bugs.

Oh... that's sad, it looked great.
If it weren't for the other problems I'd suggest make the ditch an upgrade that turns the fortress immune to melee attacks, maybe that would solve that one problem, but oh well...
