Titel: Faster Spellbook cool down game mode

I thought of a game mode that will make the spellbooks and powers of the factions have a very fast cool down which will make the game a little more fun. Maybe reduces the spellbook and powers cool down time by 75%  [uglybunti]

I don't think that the Edain Team would let you win so easily  :P

I know but I want to imagine how the game mode will be like. I think Isengard and Gondor will be quite destructive. Gondor's Army of the Dead, Isengard's Mine and Mordor's Call of the Horde and other faction powers like summoning  :D
