I need help big time!! whenever  I start a skirimish my AI enemies are instantly defeated within 5 seconds the game has started.
This happens in a lot of maps
One example is in Arnor:Fornost
I did a clean install of the game and a clean install of the latest mod update 4.5.3 and it's still going on, so I reinstalled several times with no positive results. I would appreciate your advice, since it does happen in a lot of different maps
