Playing alone
Playing against AI Morder
Playing as Gondor
Game mode: Skirmish (default settings)
Map: Murmenalda

The gate could not be closed after being repaired.
On selecting the gate, both buttons (closing and the other one) were grayed out although the gate was fully repaired.
Then I tried to (self)destroy the gate and rebuild it just like you could do with any other structure.
Afterwards, the gate could not be rebuild. It could also not be selected (see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/F3uuN6n). Note, the mouse is actually on the gate's handwheel kind of thing.

When Aragorn is crowned king, there are two bugs :

-firstly, heroic statues don't give 25 % more armor as stated in the description of his abilities.

To test this bug :
-Let's have Gondor soldiers with a statue nearby, put them in defensive stance. Let's fall upon them the fireball of the Hidden One: they have red health after the shock.

-Recruit Aragorn, bring him to level 10 thanks to the Hidden One, crown him. Put the fireball once more with the heroic statue  nearby and let's observe there is not the slightest difference between before and after having crowned Aragorn in terms of damage done : red health and the exactly the same level of it.

That was the first bug, the second concerne Foutain Court Guards.

When they are near Aragorn and also near an Heroic statue, the learship is constantly changing between aragorn +15 % damage and heroic statue buff without adding them up which would make more sense.

To test it : just after having crowned Aragorn, put the Foutain Guards near an heroic statue and visually it is quite clear that both leadership don't stack as they have different visual effects and we see those effects changing constantly.

The gate could not be closed after being repaired.
On selecting the gate, both buttons (closing and repairing) were grayed out although the gate was fully repaired (see second screenshot). Also, the keyboard shortcut to close the gate didn't work.
Note, the repairing process completed while Grond and other enemy units were standing "in it".
After they had been defeated, the gate could still not be closed.
