I'm almost sure (not entirely) that at least the Elven CaH default 5 points on experience are not working, I dont know if it extends to the rest of the classes tho or if its so, but I decided to report it either way

Today I did an experiment giving the max points to the experience gathering to the Dwarven CaH and I can say almost for certain that the bug extents to all the CaH

I think there's a bug with the point distribution for range, or at least it looks like a bug to me

1st point gives 2% extra range
2nd point give 2% extra range
3rd point give 56% extra range
4th point gives 20% extra range
5th point give -80% extra range

Or at least that's what I understood from the code snippet above. Hopefully, I'm not looking over some old code or unused code.
