I can't update the mod

When I press the update button in launcher it says that there is an update which size is 89 mb.But I cant download it.It stops downloading at %1 :/ Is there any other way to update it?Can I download it manually?Help me guys :/
Edit:I tried it again and now it stopped updating at 93% :/

As said on Moddb: There is no update yet for the mod, only for the launcher, but that one is clearly not 89 MB. So you either changed the game files or your original download was corrupt. There is no need to update it yet.

I can't upgrade either, because it says: Couldn't connect to server
