Freuer Geburtstag Skeever (no mistake??)
Unfortunately that's not correct.
If you want to translate "Happy Birthday" into German you would have to say "Fröhlichen Geburtstag" or "Frohen Geburtstag". I really don't know what "Freuer" is, sounds like some form of "freuen" ("to be glad"), but it's grammaticaly wrong.
But it is more common to say "Alles Gute zum Geburtstag" ("Everything good for your Birthday") or "Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag" ("Cordial(?) congratulation for you Birthday").
