Can confirm, happened to me as well. Also happens with safe refuge: once the citadel is rebuilt, it will no longer heal units inside the base

Also, can't cast Radiant Aid on Thranduil with Gifts. The radius cursor remains red

Galadriel still remains stuck in her AFTER_FIRING animation when switching back from Twilight Queen to normal form

When Galadriel rejects the Ring and get her Lady of Light permanent form, the Vingilot power can be activated only one time. The second time we try to put the spell on Galadriel, it has no effect anymore.

To test this bug :
-get The Hidden One and Galadriel for the moment without the Ring
-With the Hidden One, activate the banner of spellbook cooldown reduction
-Put the spell Queen of Twilight and then twice the Lady of Light spell : 2 vingilots will appear successively

Then :
Let the Hidden One give the Ring to Galadriel and let her reject it
-Activate the banner of spellbook cooldown reduction and put twice the Lady of Light spell : only 1 Vingilot will appear instead of 2.

If we wait all the cooldown, it will change nothing to it, Vingilot will not appear anymore
