Problem with Launcher

What is problem anyone know? I have 1.06 BFME 2 + 2.01 ROTWK so i don't think versions are problem + i downloaded 4.3 Edain and everything works, just cant Run LAUNCHER to change lang/updates etc.. pls help :D :( + would be great if there is other Way to change lang like in .ini or .cfg file like language = english/german same like for updates=true/false

Anyone reply? I tried to reinstall NET Framework and got 4.5 ATM which I pretty sure its working well , so what other options you people suggest? Sorry but I not good at German lang, is there anyone from team could help me to change lang in Like .cfg or .ini file that would be really great, thanks in advance!

There is clearly an error with your .net framework installation. This is the error message that appears when .net framework isn't working correctly.
