It's the new Glorfindel model for the mod. I will also make a silver armor version.
(The helmet is from the BFME elven create a hero, I bring ot small modification on the shapes:
Inspiration )
The Golden King and his Mercenaries:
A first model for our future new game mode "The Naval Battle". We will give all our plans and explanations later in an article later.
The naval settlement plot will allow the players to build up their naval buildings.
This is exactly the same things that the other plots but for the naval maps.
The naval outpost plot will allow the players to build up their naval outposts.
In naval battle, the maximum size plot is the outpost, the camp and castle doesn't exist.
This is exactly the same things that the other plots but for the naval maps.
Khand: Gízkhâr
Gízkhâr is a desert and rocky land located in the South of Khand. This area is one of the hunting ground of Variags. A land where the orcs deserter of the Mordor armies try to flee the influence of Sauron and, become the preys of Variags.
This map is a basic skirmish where the player can play Khand instead of Mordor.
The Khand Battering-Ram will be a siege weapon of the faction which can be upgraded:
- Animal skin: add resistance against fire damages
(This upgrade make the Battering-Ram resitant the ennemy archers with fire arrows posed on the walls when you want to take a castle for exemple).
The interior part of the model is made thanks to the Edain gondor's one that I modified.
I remind that all the Khand information are in the Khand faction plans article here:

Hi all!
I go in holiday tomorrow for two weeks, I will so not be able to update the mod page during this period. My team member are always able to answer you question or to show some content but we principally work on coding these last times (this is for that than we don't post picture of our work) but no worry, our work is progressing.
Before leaving, I post a little preview of the next model coming, a rework of the Royal Barracks but this is not all, I will also make something for the people which want to look how we make models (a sort of video tutorial with some note I think).
This not mean that I will make that directly when I return from vacation, I think I'll have a lot of work with my studies and submod (this kind of tutorial takes time to achieve) I will take my time to show you all that.
Posts from ThorinTheKing:
"The Goat Riders are the new mounted units for the dwarves of the Iron Hills. They can be upgraded with heavy armor for the goats, so they are more resistant against other units like pikemen.
I took a lot of inspiration from the goat riders of the Hobbit: Battle of the five Armies movie, which I personally really like
"
"Another cavalry unit for the dwarves, this time for the Ered Luin dwarves. This type of cavalry is a light unit and its bonus is high mobility. The special upgrade for them is called misted hooves, which makes the ibex move even quicker, so they can take flanking routes and set up flanks a lot better.
We decided to give these dwarves ibex as primary animals, because they share similar characteristics such as wandering long distances, great mobility and light weight. Also the white fur fits very good to the snowy landscape of the Ered Luin."
For the last realm of the dwarves, we decided to give this subfaction boars. Erebor in Edain Mod takes place in the Third Age after the War of the Ring. After the Battle of the Five Armies, Thorin got mortally injured, so the title as King under the Mountain passed to Lord Dain. As King under the Mountain, Dain founded a new kingdom. A lot of dwarves from the Iron Hills settled there with their families, but also with their animals like boars and pigs, which they used to have there, to live in prosperity and wealth. Also the city of Dale and Esgaroth got rebuilt and the dwarves had a good relationship with the Men of Dale and Laketown, making them even more prosperous with the good trades they had in the south.
The Boars in our Submod will have a special upgrade, which buffs their melee damage. They will of course get a visual update, like steel for their teeth to protect them when attacking the enemies. This should emphasize the aspect, that Erebor focuses on attack damage, while the other two realms focus more on armor and mobility.
Hello everyone! As I promised, I post a video link where you can see how I work.
The video is not a tutorial, this is just a view on my work (I don't have the time to make complete tuto with note).
I will make another video for the texture part when I've the time.
