The whole dale outpost is just one object with diferent submodels, which are partially hidden at the start. There are no own objects for the other buildings.

I know how to add the Dale buildings in WorldBuilder, as I've done it myself. I can send you the needed files if you want  :).

Here I have uploaded the file in which I made the Dale buildings to appear in WorldBuilder:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/2i0p7civc2z3j33/civilianbuildings.ini
Just open your _edain_data.big (in FinalBig) and import this file into it (Edit->Add File). When the Filename field appears, replace it with 'data\ini\object\civilian\civilianbuildings.ini' (without the quotation marks) and overwrite the original file. Then, save the .big file, then open WorldBuilder and search for DaleBuilding01Snow, DaleBuilding02Snow etc. or something like that  :).
