Gnomi: this is some constructive criticism. Don't take it on an offensive level, as I have no intention to provoke you
ok well, I've noticed that generally when I suggest a concept improvement, you reply with a "well that has already been done!
see....I.e..." for example in your last reply about archers or your other reply on imladris and the rate at which they consume command points.
All I have to say to that is, "it's great that it's been done so, but you are missing my point." I wouldn't make such a remark if I'm happy with the current extent of these features. I play enough edain to know that command point consumption is taylored to the strength of a unit/battalion, but for imladris I feel that it hasn't been done quite right. I've read many comments on mu, where users claim that imladris is unstoppable late game... and to a certain extent it's true. A cleverly crafted imladris army of 1000 command points will annihilate any isengard or goblin army consisting of 1000 command points. That is asuuming. of course, that both players are equally skilled. The same applies to my comment on archers and their accuracy.. Yes, they don't always hit, but currently it doesn't feel quite right. Fully upgraded Galadrihm archers will annihilate any fully upgraded rohirrim battalion... That's not right, as cavalry should actually be an archer battalions weakness. It's oftentimes decieving to think that fully upgraded lorien archers have no weakness. I hope you see the point I'm making, or else all my feedback was in vain..
Cheers,
Leander
P.s. Ich weis ich haette auf Deutsch antworten sollen, aber da wir immer auf Englisch komunizieren und diese Antwort sich nur auf dich bezieht, dachte ich das eine Antwort auf Englisch gerade noch angemessen waere :p
