impossible updating to 4.7

Hello. I'm having trouble upgrading to version 4.7. Tried to update from 19:00 to 22:00 but every time file 13 is loaded I get the error "Timout". After clicking "ok" nothing happens. There is currently some issues with the launcher, we would recommend you update by using the full installer.
