The flag capture system for shipyards is the same as the flag capture system for settlements, outposts, camps and castles. If we add a delay for capture to the first then a similar delay will be applied to the second
This is likely caused because the game is tracking one of the invisible objects used for certain mechanics, these are not valid and as such don't appear properly in the end screen even though they are tracked.
